Your CAPNCOG'S account is a place to stay connected: manage your orders, keep your details organized, and follow your rewards as we grow. We're building a technology company focused on dependable service and lasting relationships in Puerto Rico—not just transactions.
Creating an account is free. You don't need to make a purchase or enroll in VIP to become part of CAPNCOG'S.
Secure email access: New and returning customers use the same verification process. Enter your email, receive a one-time code, and sign in; your customer account is created automatically if this is your first visit. Afterward, visit Profile to connect your CAPNCOG'S rewards profile. Never share your verification code.
Free customer rewards
Our rewards program is a way to recognize customers who support CAPNCOG'S over time, including through tips. Rewards are for all customers; VIP is optional. Under the published rewards policy:
- Earn 1 point for every cumulative $5 of eligible paid spending across your CAPNCOG'S purchase history, including tips. Eligible dollars carry forward between purchases.
- Example: A $3 purchase plus a $2 purchase earns 1 point in total—even though neither individual purchase reached $5.
- Purchases paid using CAPNCOG'S Store Credit do not earn points on the store-credit-funded portion.
- Points may be used toward eligible VIP and VIP+ membership offers when those offers are available.
- Points have no cash value and are not cash back. Rewards Points and Store Credit are separate balances.
- Refunded purchases have their earned points reversed or adjusted under the policy.

VIP & VIP+ — optional memberships
Membership enrollment and service benefits are coming soon. CAPNCOG'S is currently selling CAT6 Ethernet cables; repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting appointments are not yet open for booking. The following describes planned membership benefits, not services available to purchase today.
VIP
- Choose a 6-month or 12-month membership when enrollment opens.
- Coverage for up to 3 registered devices.
- One eligible maintenance tune-up per covered device every 6 months.
- 50% off eligible troubleshooting and member labor benefits, subject to final membership terms.
VIP+
- Choose a 6-month or 12-month membership when enrollment opens.
- Coverage for up to 5 registered devices.
- One eligible maintenance tune-up per covered device every 6 months.
- Expanded eligible troubleshooting benefits, priority scheduling when available, and additional member labor benefits, subject to final terms.
Parts, replacement components, and upgrades are not automatically included. Membership pricing, availability, eligibility, and final benefit limits will be displayed before enrollment opens. Signing up for a free account does not enroll you in VIP or VIP+.

Manage orders and addresses securely today. CAPNCOG'S is developing additional linked account tools for rewards history, registered devices, purchases, receipts, warranties, and service records as each feature becomes available.
