Service bookings are not open during our cable-only soft opening. The coverage and travel information below describes our planned service offering and will be confirmed when bookings open.
Puerto Rico service coverage
CAPNCOG'S offers remote support and scheduled on-site service throughout Puerto Rico, subject to technician availability and the type of work requested.
Travel fees
- 0–25 minutes from our Loíza service base: no travel fee.
- Beyond 25 minutes: a fixed travel fee is quoted according to estimated drive time and confirmed before booking.
- If a CAPNCOG'S technician is already working in your municipality: the additional travel fee may be waived.
Any applicable travel fee is paid when the appointment is booked. Remote service has no travel fee.
Drive time is based on the expected route and conditions when the appointment is scheduled. Availability, traffic, tolls, ferry service, weather, and the equipment required may affect whether an on-site request can be accepted.
